Luie was born from something personal. My youngest son is autistic, and over the years, I’ve seen him in situations where he needed support, but I couldn’t always be there. Whether it was a stressful drive, an interaction with someone who didn’t understand him, or moments where he just needed help calming down—those stuck with me. I kept thinking, “What happens when I’m not there?”

That’s what inspired Luie. Named after his middle name, Luie is a real-time mobile assistant designed to offer calm, personalized support in moments of stress or uncertainty. But this isn’t just “AI.” It’s not meant to replace people. It’s built to show up when your person, the one who usually advocates for you or helps you through hard moments, can’t be there.

Luie gives users a way to feel seen and supported on their own terms. It’s more than tech. It’s a companion grounded in empathy and lived experience.
